She was then launched as a singer and never have to be back since. Her second album, "Teenage Dreams has won the hearts of the masses of music lovers, and quickly became one of the most popular albums ever. Katy Perry was firmly established as a performer thanks to this record-breaking album. In addition to singing and writing songs, Perry is also known as a philanthropist. In addition, she's a vocal advocate for homosexual rights.
